Job summary

ShipBob seeks an Operations Support Manager for the Netherlands to partner with 3PLs, oversee onboarding, training, and continuous improvement of fulfillment operations. You will drive adoption of ShipBob features, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high performance against metrics.

Role requires on-site presence with regional travel, primarily supporting 3PLs and merchants to deliver world-class fulfillment services within ShipBob’s dashboard and WMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of operations, e-commerce fulfillment experience, or a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced understanding of either outbound or inbound fulfillment operations.
• Must have access to a vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Training: coach and guide 3PL partners to success defined by ShipBob metrics.
• Onboarding support: set up tailored training sessions for stakeholders and dashboard configuration.
• Adoption and improvement: drive use of ShipBob features and workflows, and ensure issues are resolved.
• KPI-focused: nail KPIs, ensure SLAs are met, and provide merchant-facing feedback.
• Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with MES, Merchant Implementation Managers, and 3PLs to optimize onboarding and expansion.
