Job summary

ShipBob is hiring for an Operations Support Manager in the Netherlands to lead and enable our partner fulfillment network. You will work as an integrated member of the ShipBob team under an Employer of Record arrangement, with on-site duties at RTM-2, De Poort 85, 4411 PB Rilland, NL, and regional travel as needed.

You will build partnerships with 3PL sites, set up training programs, and monitor ShipBob dashboard performance to ensure top-tier fulfillment services.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience building and leading new teams and setting them up for success.
• Advanced understanding of outbound or inbound fulfillment operations.
• Ability to be on-site up to 90% of the time, including nights and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide 3PL partners to success defined by ShipBob scorecard metrics.
• Set up tailored training sessions for stakeholders based on merchant needs and dashboard config.
• Maintain and update training materials to encourage self-service on ShipBob tools.
• Support onboarding of 3PLs as ShipBob partner sites and manage questions and issues.
• Drive adoption of ShipBob features, dashboards, WMS, and SOPs across partners.
• Collaborate with 3PLs to close internal tickets with root-cause analysis.
