LTM is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. This role is based in Groningen, Netherlands, and requires onsite presence five days a week to support RD Laboratory Manufacturing systems in a GxP regulated environment.

The candidate will manage IT infrastructure with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive service delivery through dashboards, CMDB, and automation initiatives.

Competenze

• 5-10 years in IT Infrastructure management in a life sciences RD/manufacturing context.
• Proficient in Dutch and English for operations and collaboration.
• Experience with GxP environments, regulatory validation, and data integrity requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide operational and project support for RD Laboratory Manufacturing systems in GxP settings.
• Coordinate with MAKE, ISRM, TSO, SDL, and other stakeholders on site delivery and improvements.
• Monitor service levels, track metrics, and ensure site health of GTS services (network, availability, capacity).
• Create dashboards and Kanban views to track tickets and incidents; perform CMDB tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives; ensure data accuracy and security.
