Bacardi is seeking an Account Manager On-Trade to serve bars, restaurants and hospitality venues across Noord-Holland. You will build strong customer partnerships, drive brand visibility and activate campaigns that deliver growth and measurable results.

With a bachelor or master degree and a track record in sales, you will own budgets, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing, finance and digital teams to accelerate Bacardi's growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree required in a relevant field.
• Couple of years of sales experience in on-trade or FMCG preferred.
• Proven track record of results and relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Build strong customer partnerships with key on-trade customers.
• Drive brand visibility, activations and commercial growth.
• Own customer contracts and budgets, ensuring ROI on investments.
• Collaborate with bar owners, venue managers, marketing, finance and digital teams.
• Deliver quarterly targets for distribution, activations and growth.
