Job summary

Industrious in Amsterdam is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to greet members and guests and create memorable days.

You’ll manage daily tasks from coffee service to event setup, troubleshoot basic IT and wifi, and help with signage and onboarding.

Fluency in Dutch and 2+ years hospitality are a must; this is a full-time on-site role with a warm, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency required.
• Minimum 2+ years in hospitality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 12 kg.
• Willingness to help across operations.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming heart and soul of the Amsterdam location.
• Prepare coffee and breakfast and stock common areas.
• Design signage and assist with events and marketing signage.
• Add new members into systems for a smooth first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues.
