Katapult in the Netherlands is seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager for Installation Tech to own the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal. The role offers a €50K–€60K base salary plus bonus and a hybrid setup with frequent client visits.

You will spend a lot of time on-site with installation customers across the Netherlands, track health metrics, drive adoption and expansion, and act as the voice of the customer to founders and the product team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager with full cycle responsibilities including renewals and expansion.
• Alternatively, a background in installation technology with the wish to move into commercial customer role.
• Commercial ownership and drive to grow revenue with existing customers
• Native-level Dutch

Responsabilités

• Own customers from signed contract to renewal: implementation, onboarding and adoption
• Track customer health and find ways to drive usage across installation companies
• Drive renewals, upsell and expansion: grow revenue per customer
• Spend a lot of your time on-site with customers across the Netherlands
• Be the voice of the customer for the founders and the product team
