Job summary

Thermokon Sensortechnik GmbH seeks a Sales Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium. You will support and develop our commercial activities in NL South-East and Belgium, identify new opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and negotiate offers and contracts.

The role offers autonomy and is well suited for early/mid-career candidates who want to grow in HVAC or building automation. You will contribute to sales strategy and represent Thermokon at exhibitions, events, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electronics preferred) or business administration.
• 2–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience, HVAC/building automation is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically (>50%) and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Support and execute sales activities in the Dutch and Belgian markets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, manage offers and contracts, lead negotiations.
• Provide technical support and understand Thermokon sensors and building automation solutions.
