Oakwell Hampton Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Success professional to join a fast-growing SaaS business. You will own onboarding, drive adoption, and help customers realise value from the platform.

This on-site role offers a base salary up to €70k plus a bonus, with a supportive, team-focused environment in a growing company that serves hundreds of European customers. You will build relationships, identify risks, and collaborate across teams to optimise the customer journey and

• Enjoys working directly with customers (Onboarding + commercial).
• Is naturally proactive and solution-oriented.
• Can build strong relationships.
• Knows how to deal with unhappy or at-risk customers.
• Is comfortable working with software and technology.
• Can manage multiple conversations, projects and priorities.
• Is commercially aware and understands that great Customer Success drives retention and growth.
• Wants to work in a smaller, growing environment where you can genuinely make an impact.
