Job summary

Catawiki in Amsterdam seeks an Office Management Intern to gain hands-on experience across facilities, operations and onboarding. You’ll support day-to-day office needs, help coordinate shipments, and assist with events to create an engaging workplace.

This role is ideal for someone starting in office management, with a willingness to learn across departments and contribute to a scalable, global team. On-site presence four days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the full duration of the internship.
• Interest in office management, facilities, events and onboarding processes.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 15 kg and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
• Order office supplies and manage stock inventory.
• Prepare regional and international shipments with couriers.
• Assist with event planning and onboarding of new joiners.
