Job summary

Accenture the Netherlands is seeking experienced Observability experts to drive adoption across clients, translating needs into dashboards, alerts, and telemetry requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and define onboarding journeys for shared services.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, knowledge of AIOps, ITSM/ITOM integration, and proficiency with top observability platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in Technology covering observability, monitoring, SRE or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of leading observability platforms (Dynatrace, Elastic, Splunk).
Experience translating business and user needs into observability capabilities and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of observability across application, infra and operations.
Define onboarding journeys, governance and operating practices for shared services.
Coordinate cross-team delivery and continuous improvement.
Act as client advisor bridging senior stakeholders and technical teams.
