Accenture NL is seeking Observability experts to lead enterprise strategies across applications, infrastructure, cloud and business services. You will shape architecture, drive from monitoring to AIOps, and guide multidisciplinary delivery teams with reusable reference patterns.

We value 10+ years in technology, strong platform knowledge (Dynatrace, Grafana, Elastic, Datadog, Splunk) and the ability to translate business outcomes into resilient, cost-aware solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in technology with observability, APM, monitoring, SRE or platform architecture.
• Strong knowledge of leading observability platforms and ITSM/ITOM integration.
• Dutch language capability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define enterprise observability strategies, target architectures, maturity roadmaps and operating models across apps, infra, networks, cloud and business services.
• Lead architecture decisions across observability platforms, including tool rationalisation and integration with ITSM/ITOM.
• Design the progression from Monitoring to AIOps and AI Event Operations to reduce noise and improve root-cause analysis.
• Shape proofs of value and scalable transformation programmes linking signals to automated workflows.
• Act as senior design authority and trusted client advisor translating outcomes into architecture while guiding delivery teams.
