Accenture NL seeks an experienced Observability Engineer to design and implement cross-domain observability solutions. You will configure Dynatrace or Elastic platforms, collect metrics, logs, traces, and topology, and build actionable dashboards and alerts to drive IT health and business outcomes.

You will automate deployment via APIs and IaC, solve complex performance issues, and integrate with ITSM/ITOM workflows while sharing reusable assets across client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in Tech including observability, monitoring, DevOps, SRE or IT Operations.
• Experience with leading observability platforms and translating telemetry into actionable insights.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement observability solutions across apps, infra, networks, and digital services.
• Configure solutions using Dynatrace or Elastic per client landscape.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and diagnostic capabilities to show health and business impact.
