Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an experienced Curriculum Manager to design and deliver learning modules and assets for the NX practice, collaborating with Learning Architects and project teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and customer success.

You will lead content development, supervise asset creation, and mentor Learning Consultants, managing 4–6 curriculum projects concurrently while occasionally traveling; fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• NX familiarity with Siemens NX software.
• Adult learning formal training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Technical knowledge of Siemens products.
• Experience using AI for content generation and automation.
• Strong analytical, customer orientation and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform needs analysis and design courseware architecture.
• Develop portfolio elements for technical trainings and certifications.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Sponsor Board to align priorities.
• Create and manage learning modules, assessments and assets.
• Produce both on-demand and instructor-led curricula.
• Mentor Learning Consultants on guidelines and standards.
• Handle 4-6 curriculum projects concurrently.
