Job summary

Précon Consulting Group is seeking a Learning Consultant to bridge client needs with tailored learning solutions across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will lead learning programs, manage projects from assessment to deployment, and collaborate with trainers, e-learning developers, and multimedia designers to deliver real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, education, training, or process improvement.
• Ability to interact with clients to tailor learning solutions.
• Creative problem solving to align solutions with client operations.
• Interest in quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to collaborate.
• Commitment to personal and team development.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients in the Netherlands and Belgium on learning, competency development, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and facilitate learning programs in-person, online, and on-the-job.
• Lead development projects from assessment to implementation and monitor scope, schedule, and quality.
• Collaborate with trainers, consultants, e-learning developers, and multimedia designers.
• Build long-term client relationships across a diverse portfolio.
• Identify market trends and contribute to new products and services, exploring AI applications to improve learning.
