Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager to design, prioritize, and deliver high quality learning curricula. You will lead storyboards, create assets, and supervise publishing for the Customer Learning Platform in collaboration with global teams.

The role requires 2+ years of project management, strong English skills, and the ability to work on 4–6 curriculum projects concurrently, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with Siemens NX software.
• Adult learning formal training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge and share with others.

Responsibilities

• Design storyboards and lead the content creation workflow for learning modules and assets.
• Manage content development and collaboration with publishing to the Customer Learning Platform.
• Develop learning modules, assessments and assets for on-demand and instructor-led programs.
• Lead curriculum development processes and standards across projects.
• Mentor Learning Consultants on curriculum guidelines and standards.
• Handle multiple curriculum projects simultaneously.
