Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant Education to lead SAP Student Lifecycle Management initiatives for higher education clients. You will bridge business and IT, shaping end-to-end SAP solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery across implementation and migration projects.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive standardization, and collaborate with global teams on international projects, including travel as needed. A proactive, client-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a functional SAP consultant in complex organizations.
• Proven delivery of SAP implementation projects and go-live readiness.
• Strong analytical skills to model and translate processes into SAP solutions.
• Experience in higher education sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of functional SAP SLcM solutions for higher education.
• Oversee end-to-end student lifecycle and collaboration between business and IT.
• Facilitate workshops, collect requirements, and drive decisions.
• Support project delivery with scope, planning, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
