Within Nedap Healthcare, we believe that effective decision‑making starts with people. That’s why we work with methods such as ShapeShift and Convergent Facilitation (CF), which help teams reach well‑supported decisions more quickly.
Currently, colleagues mainly learn these methods through in‑person training sessions. To reach more people and ensure knowledge is retained over time, we are developing an eLearning program.
Your assignment is to design and build this eLearning for Nedap employees. You will translate complex concepts into a clear and interactive learning experience, enabling colleagues to independently learn and apply the core principles of decision‑making.
Learn ShapeShift and Convergent Facilitation through documentation and experts
Define learning objectives and translate them into a structured and effective learning design
Build the module using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline)
Create interactive elements such as videos, animations, case studies, and exercises
Collect feedback and continuously improve the learning experience
You will work within Nedap Healthcare, together with a subject matter expert in decision‑making and collaboration.
Within the team, you will have plenty of room to work independently. We provide direction and substantive context, but expect you to bring structure, make decisions, and take ownership.
As a student at Nedap, you will have plenty of room to take the lead in your work. Personal leadership and ownership are central to how we work, for students too. You will collaborate with passionate professionals and have many opportunities to learn from them.
To thank you for your contribution, we organise an annual Nedap Studentday: a fun day together with all other interns, graduation students and working students at Nedap. You will receive a market-based salary, depending on your age, responsibilities and relevant work or study experience.
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and can work independently.
