Job summary

Nexford University is seeking a senior B2C product leader to own parts of the learner journey end to end—from discovery through enrollment to engagement and learning.

You will ship AI-enabled experiences that drive measurable retention and conversion, work fast and clean, and collaborate with engineers to balance trade-offs. Edtech or consumer SaaS experience is a plus, with ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C product with focus on retention and engagement.
• Shipped AI-enabled features or products in last 3–6 months.
• Ability to discuss systems and APIs with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own parts of the learner journey end-to-end from discovery to enrollment to learning.
• Partner with engineers to balance trade-offs and ship fast with quality.
• Drive retention, engagement and conversion through data-driven decisions.
