Contentsquare is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Northern Europe team, focusing on the Nordics. As a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, the Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in shaping how prospective customers understand the power of our digital experience analytics platform.

Our Solutions Consultants are the bridge between technical possibility and business value, blending storytelling with analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise SaaS, including pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Preferred: fluency Swedish (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated domain expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or adjacent MarTech/UX technologies.
• Technical proficiency in web and mobile app technologies (HTML, JS, APIs, SDKs, Tag Management, mobile frameworks).
• Familiarity with data collection strategies, privacy regulations, and integration architectures.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) in a professional context.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver immersive, storytelling-based product demonstrations across web, mobile, and app experiences.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives using frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
• Own and execute PoV engagements emphasizing business impact, insight delivery, and time to value.
• Champion AI-Driven Storytelling using AI-powered capabilities to craft compelling narratives.
• Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflow to accelerate research and prep.
• Partner daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for a value-driven journey.
• Advise customers on digital experience strategies including behavioral analytics and conversion insights.
• Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy, and integration best practices.
• Scope and guide platform evaluations, connecting behavioral data to business outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product updates as a trusted domain expert.
• Share product feedback with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Willingness to travel (20-30%) to the Nordic region for customer workshops and events.
