Contentsquare is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Northern Europe team focusing on the Nordics. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, shaping how prospective customers understand the value of our digital experience analytics platform.

You will lead demos, run discovery, and drive PoV engagements, collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a value-driven buying journey and successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Preferred: fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).
• Domain expertise in analytics or digital experience platforms.
• Technical proficiency with web/mobile app tech (HTML, JS, APIs, SDKs).
• Familiarity with data collection, privacy, and integration architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; can translate complexity for diverse audiences.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for research and content creation.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver immersive product demonstrations across web, mobile, and app experiences.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives using established frameworks.
• Own Proof of Value engagements emphasizing business impact and time to value.
• Leverage AI storytelling to highlight business outcomes and differentiate the solution.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth buying journey.
• Advise customers on digital experience strategies including analytics and conversion insights.
• Engage with technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, and data strategy.
• Scope platform evaluations and connect behavioral data to business outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product updates; act as a domain expert.
