As a Solutions Consultant in Northern Europe focusing on the Nordics, you’ll lead discovery, tailor demos, and guide PoV engagements, aligning business outcomes with product capabilities while partnering with sales, product, and customer success.

Formación

• Experience leading discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations.
• Ability to explain technical integrations and map platform capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Familiar with PoV engagements and value-based storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver immersive, storytelling-based product demonstrations across web, mobile, and app experiences.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives using frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
• Own and execute Proof of Value engagements emphasizing business impact and time to value.
• Champion AI-powered storytelling to differentiate Contentsquare to prospects.
• Integrate generative AI tools to accelerate account research and demo prep.
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Advise customers on digital experience strategies including analytics and conversion insights.
• Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy.
• Scope and guide platform evaluations, linking behavioral data to business outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to influence roadmap.
