HiBob (Hibob Inc.) is seeking an experienced pre-sales Sales Engineer to drive demonstrations and tailored HRIS solutions for Benelux customers from Amsterdam. You will translate business needs into compelling demos, collaborate with sales, and influence product direction with client feedback.

The role emphasizes HR tech expertise, strong presentation skills, and fluency in Dutch to support regional prospects and accelerate digital HR transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales role for B2B SaaS in the Benelux region.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder discovery and translating requirements into a configured demo or solution design.
• Commercially minded: able to connect the technical solution to business outcomes and ROI, not just feature fit.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (e.g. integrations).
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Be based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations, including presales demos and solution walkthroughs for the Nordics market.
• Advise customers on HR tech challenges, pain points, and digital transformation strategies.
• Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide the best possible support.
• Listen to customers' technical requirements and relay feedback to product teams for development.
• Log client feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies.
• Support Sales enablement through training on the product, features, and use cases.
• Analyze customer needs and share feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collect and evaluate customer feedback to help GTM strategies.
• Translate complex requirements into concrete use cases and tailored solutions.
