Job summary

ElevenLabs, a pioneering AI voice and audio platform, seeks an experienced Account Executive to build a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries and land beachhead customers for our breakthrough voice technology.

You will identify opportunities, develop sales plays, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions. The role is remote, with Stockholm preferred, and offers annual stipends and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of SaaS or tech sales experience, ideally with AI/GenAI exposure.
• Experience selling to product/engineering or innovation teams is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise or willingness to learn about voice and audio AI and how our solutions help prospects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Build a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ AI can drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and trends.
• Demonstrate expertise and a willingness to learn about ElevenLabs’ voice technology and its value for customers.
• Spot trends and deploy learnings into sales plays across the market.
