Job summary

Lucid Software, the leader in AI-driven work acceleration, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive new logo growth across Nordic regions from Amsterdam. You’ll target mid to large enterprises, build value, and close deals with a hunter mentality.

This hybrid role combines remote work with in-person collaboration at the Amsterdam office two days per week, and requires fluent English and Nordic language skills, plus a track record of SaaS closings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS (Account Executive or similar).
• Experience selling to mid to large-sized customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Nordic.
• Hybrid role with Amsterdam office two days per week (Tue/Thu).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leads through outbound sourcing.
• Develop and manage a pipeline across segments including demos and negotiations.
• Close new business and meet quota with a hunter mentality.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and collaborate with management.
• Build deep product knowledge of Lucid suite offerings.
• Share market insights with product and marketing teams.
