Job summary

ubitricity in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Roll-Out & Operations Manager Netherlands to expand and operate one of the country's largest public EV charging networks. You will coordinate municipalities, service providers, installers and internal teams to deliver infrastructure efficiently and reliably, with regular travel in the Netherlands and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Experience in operations, project management or infrastructure rollout.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication.
Experience with municipalities or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with municipalities, service providers and partners.
Coordinate the roll-out of public charging infrastructure across the Netherlands.
Ensure high operational performance, reliability and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary operational contact for external stakeholders.
Oversee reporting and compliance with concession agreements.
Monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate topics across internal teams and external partners.
Identify and resolve operational challenges.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into improvements.
