Job summary

ubitricity - Gesellschaft für verteilte Energiesysteme mbH in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Roll-Out & Operations Manager Netherlands to lead the expansion and ongoing operation of one of the country’s largest public EV charging networks. You will unite municipalities, service providers, and partners to deliver reliable charging infrastructure and an excellent user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project management or infrastructure rollout.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with municipalities, service providers and operational partners.
• Coordinate the successful roll-out of new public charging infrastructure across the Netherlands.
• Ensure a high level of operational performance, reliability and customer satisfaction across our charging network.
• Act as the primary operational contact for municipalities and external stakeholders.
• Oversee reporting obligations and ensure compliance with concession agreements.
• Monitor partner performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate operational topics across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into improvements.
