Job summary

Bolt is seeking an Operations Specialist in Amsterdam to impact local operations in the Netherlands. This hybrid role focuses on Vehicles and Efficiency, reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with teams across Bolt and HQ to drive data-driven improvements and deliver results.

You will own targets, identify blockers, and initiate projects to optimize vehicle offers, branding, and partner workflows, all while aligning with Dutch regulations and urban mobility goals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Startups, or similar.
• Self-starter who identifies problems and delivers proposals.
• Strong English and Dutch communication; excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven project-management discipline with end-to-end ownership.
• Interest in automating repetitive tasks using AI; no coding required.

Responsibilities

• Own Vehicles: branding, strategy, and EV share targets for NL; track, explain, and report in reviews.
• Own Efficiency: ensure quality/speed with partners; update training guides; fix recurring issues.
• Automate and optimize: find repetitive tasks, propose automation, and measure time savings.
• Use data to identify problems and opportunities; turn them into proposals with impact.
• Lead monthly progress updates; maintain trackers; support cross-functional teams.
• Coach interns/junior staff and report progress to management.
