You will manage the night team, handle guest requests, oversee night audits, and collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain high standards. Previous leadership in a boutique or upscale hotel is preferred, with a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Ability to manage hotel operations independently overnight.
• Strong Front Office and guest service knowledge.
• Proven leadership and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight operation and act as senior manager on duty.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and escalations with confidence.
• Support and guide the Night Team, leading by example.
• Oversee night audits, operational reporting and cash controls.
• Collaborate with all departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor safety, security and compliance, responding to incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute as a management team member delivering a personalized guest experience.
