Job summary

Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, part of PPHE Hotel Group, is hiring a Night Front Office Host(ess) to ensure a welcoming, safe, and seamless overnight experience for guests. You will be the main contact during the night, handling check-ins/outs, inquiries, and overnight operations.

This full-time role requires independent work, strong English communication, and a passion for hospitality. The position offers a night-shift schedule with weekend/public holiday availability and a competitive Horeca

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office, Night Auditor, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out during overnight hours.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial and operational reports.
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately.
• Monitor hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations.
