Job summary

Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. You will act as the first contact for guests during the night, manage all Front Office operations, and complete daily financial closures in the PMS system.

You’ll handle complaints and emergencies, coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless, safe, and welcoming overnight experience for guests. We value a calm, detail-oriented approach and 1–2 years in night shifts or Front Office roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in night shifts and/or Front Office in a hotel.
• Physically able to stand for whole shift and lift luggage/equipment.
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests during the night.
• Manage all Front Office operations throughout the night shift.
• Complete the financial closure of the day in the PMS system.
• Handle guest complaints and emergencies during the night.
• Coordinate between departments during night hours.
