Job summary

Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is seeking a dedicated Night Front Office Host(ess) to welcome guests during the overnight hours and oversee front office operations. This full-time role involves checking guests in and out, handling requests, performing night audits, managing reservations, and ensuring a safe, seamless experience while the property sleeps.

Proficiency in English and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Guest-focused mindset with passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience during overnight hours
• Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial and operational reports
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately
• Monitor hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across all departments
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations
• Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations
