The Rebyl is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our bold hospitality team in Nijmegen. You will be the face of the hotel during the night, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations and security of the property.

We value a creative, warm personality who can connect with guests, remain calm under pressure, and collaborate with a young, ambitious team. Proficiency in Dutch is advantageous, with Opera PMS and Marriott Systems familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in the hotel sector or a hotel school diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Calm under pressure with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Team player who can work independently on night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming late-arriving guests and handling check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Managing guest inquiries, requests, and reservations during the night shift.
• Performing night audit procedures and ensuring accuracy of daily reports.
• Monitoring safety and security of guests and premises.
• Handling calls, emails, and administrative tasks at night.
• Setting up front office for handover to morning team.
• Providing information about the hotel and local attractions to guests.
• Responding to issues or emergencies during the night.
