Job summary

The Rebyl Nijmegen is seeking a Night Receptionist to welcome guests during the night, handle late check-ins, and maintain a smooth, secure front desk operation. You will manage guest inquiries, reservations, and night audit procedures, respond calmly to emergencies, and hand over a prepared desk to the morning team with a friendly, professional approach.

Fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a plus, and familiarity with hotel systems will help you excel in this bold, hospitality-focused

Qualifications

• Preferably experienced in the hotel sector or holding a diploma from a hotel school.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and Marriott Systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming late-arriving guests and handling check-ins/outs efficiently.
• Managing guest inquiries, requests and reservations during the night shift.
• Performing night audit procedures and ensuring accuracy of reports.
• Monitoring safety and security of guests and premises.
• Handling calls, emails, and admin tasks; setting up for morning handover.
• Providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
