Job summary

AD/01, a tech studio within the Ahold Delhaize network, seeks a NEXA Solution Consultant to own release testing and provide L3 functional support across EU brands. The role sits at the intersection of QA and operations, improving checkout continuity and platform stability.

You will work with GK Software, payment vendors, and brand teams, ensuring end-to-end testing for attended, self-checkout, and BYOD flows while collaborating in a SAFe environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional testing, application support, or a combined QA and support role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise POS platforms and testing of checkout flows is preferred.
• Experience participating in SAFe or Agile delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional test scope for NEXA releases, including POS, self-checkout, and payment flows.
• Design, maintain and run test cases and regression suites aligned to GK Cloud4Retail and OmniPOS.
• Coordinate test execution across streams and validate end-to-end scenarios.
• Manage defect lifecycle from identification to resolution and re-test.
• Provide L3 functional escalation support for brand and operations issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base and test documentation to improve regression coverage.
