Ahold Delhaize invites professionals to join the in-house project development team. You will implement IT components, collect and formalize business requirements, and support end-to-end project delivery with SAP and related systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration across internal and external teams, data analysis, and strong documentation. A hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Technical field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in implementing IT projects (3-5 years), preferably in Master Data, Merchandising, Inventory Management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and analyzing data to support requirements and optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile (SCRUM) and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT project implementations involving information systems and modules.
• Centralize business requirements from internal customers to create CRD documents.
• Support technical discussions with internal/external IT providers.
• Propose business solutions and draft technical specifications.
• Provide support during projects and post-implementation (testing, training).
• Provide L2 support for applications and systems under responsibility.
• Identify and suggest process and solution optimizations with partners and IT teams.
