Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Test Analyst in the Netherlands to lead comprehensive testing and business readiness for a consumer-focused digital solution. You will validate business requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards, combining hands-on testing with defect management, data validation, training materials, and deployment support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating software testing activities with business users and stakeholders.
• 5+ years of hands-on UAT, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• 5+ years identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating defects and fixes.
• 5+ years performing data validation and integration testing.
• 5+ years in Agile or iterative software delivery environments.
• 5+ years developing end-user training materials and knowledge-transfer content.
• Experience using AI and Generative AI tools to support testing and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
• Perform UAT, functional, regression, integration, data validation, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate testing with business users, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects and validate fixes.
• Validate data flows and system integrations to meet expected outcomes.
• Support testing within Agile environments.
• Work with ServiceNow workflows and acceptance criteria to support testing.
• Develop end-user training materials, guides, and FAQs.
• Lead user walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Support deployment readiness and post-implementation stabilization.
• Explore and review AI/Generative AI tools to improve testing and documentation.
