Job summary

Resideo is seeking an Account Manager Trade in the Netherlands. You will drive revenue growth and margins within a defined portfolio of trade accounts, including installers, housing associations, consultants and wholesalers, reporting to the Country Sales Leader Netherlands & Managing Director.

You will join a high-performing sales team focused on commercial excellence, sustainable growth, and profitability, building long-term relationships and expanding Resideo's presence across the Central

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a sales or key account management role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for managing DMUs and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and provide advisory coaching.
• Strong sales planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands.
• Professional attitude with enthusiasm, flexibility and commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: identify growth opportunities and analyze threats to protect and grow market position in the Netherlands.
• Formulate improvements in product/market combinations and profitability of the portfolio.
• Initiate and develop strategic partnerships with key organizations to drive growth and market penetration.
• Sales Planning and Forecasting: set objectives, translate to action plans and ensure accurate regional forecasts.
• Sales Execution and Process Management: monitor activities, resolve bottlenecks, address operational challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with major accounts and prospects; support the sales team.
