Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a Sales Manager to drive direct presence in the Netherlands in collaboration with the Benelux team. You will lead direct sales activities, prepare product presentations, and manage key accounts while expanding into new customer segments.

The role emphasizes market evaluation, forecasting, lead management, and active participation in exhibitions and conferences across Europe. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Several years of sales management experience in power system protection, high voltage, or related fields.
• Proven ability to present and persuade customers, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage OMICRON’s sales in the Netherlands in collaboration with the Benelux team.
• Lead product presentations and on-site demonstrations; manage key accounts and identify new ones.
• Develop forecasts, manage leads and opportunities, and organize exhibitions and user meetings.
