Job summary

Approach People Recruitment is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Sales Engineer for the Netherlands and Belgium to expand its business in electronic components. The role requires fluent Dutch and English and involves managing strategic OEM and EMS accounts with flexible working conditions.

Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial components or solutions. This highly field-based position offers autonomy, a competitive salary of €65/75K, a 20% bonus, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience within industrial components or solutions.
• Proven experience with OEMs or system integrators, ideally within EV, industrial or medical sectors.
• Fluent in Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic OEM and EMS accounts.
• Identify and follow design-in opportunities within key applications.
• Manage your sales pipeline: forecasts, KPIs, opportunities and results.
