Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a global, leading electrical engineering manufacturer.

The Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager can be based anywhere in Netherlands working fully remote, focusing on generating new business opportunities, selling power quality products within the critical power industry, with an emphasis on Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS Systems) into various industries including data centres, infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing. Full product training provided.

The successful Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling UPS systems or a technical electrical engineering product with the willingness to learn and grow with a global company.

Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role:

• Technical sales and project-based selling within the electrical engineering sector.
• Developing and growing existing customer relationships while actively identifying new business opportunities within the UPS market.
• Achieving sales targets by delivering UPS product demonstrations, attending exhibitions, and negotiating contracts.
• Working closely with the service department to ensure a high standard of after-sales support.
• Collaborating with various engineering teams.
• Covering the Netherlands region with regular customer visits.

Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role selling technical electrical products or solutions.
• Background in technical sales and project-based selling within the electrical industry.
• Technical electrical engineering knowledge and experience within data centres, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing or similar.
• UPS Service Engineers looking for progression into sales are encouraged to apply A technical qualification or degree in electrical engineering.
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands to develop new business opportunities.
