A leading enterprise software company is seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Solution Sales Expert in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, achieve revenue goals, and educate clients on sustainability solutions. With over 7 years of software sales experience and excellent communication skills, you'll work closely with key accounts and leverage your industry knowledge for impactful results. Formación

• 7+ years of software sales experience, preferably in HCM Cloud applications.
• Experience working the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to multiple levels within clients.
• Proven consistent over-quota performance and top-tier company ranking.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives in the Netherlands.
• Develop a complete territory business plan generating at least three times the quota in pipeline opportunity.
• Create and nurture executive relationships independently to position SAP's Executive team.

Conocimientos

Fluency in English & Dutch

Strong C-level communication skills

Consultative selling methodologies

Interest in sustainability topics

Ability to interact with senior executives

Educación

Bachelor's Degree or higher
