Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the Netherlands seeks an HR Transformation & HR Cloud Advisory Consultant to lead large-scale HCM cloud projects. You will guide clients through transformation, process redesign, and change, leveraging AI accelerators and cloud capabilities to deliver business impact.

The role requires senior-level experience, cross-functional leadership, and a track record across multi-country deployments in HR domains such as Core HR, Talent, Learning, and Payroll.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Experience with HR transformation, process design and change.
Ability to lead multi-regional projects and teams.

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of HCM cloud transformation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align with goals.
Guide clients on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration and best practices.
Drive HR process design and AI accelerators as part of cloud implementations.
Lead teams and mentor junior consultants; support pre-sales and proposals.
