Job summary

Flowtec Group is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to own the Netherlands market, building strong customer relationships and delivering technically backed solutions.

You will work from home with one day per week at the Benelux office near the Belgian border, collaborating with engineering and service teams to grow the pipeline and close complex deals. This role combines technical insight with commercial ownership in a dynamic energy-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Several years in technical sales, area sales, business development or account management.
• Experience selling complex technical products or solutions.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the sales strategy for the Netherlands.
• Grow existing accounts and win new customers.
• Lead customer visits, presentations, demos and negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and service teams.
