Job summary

Energy Pool is hiring a Sales Engineer (F/M) on a permanent contract for the Benelux, based in the Netherlands. You will identify and qualify new prospects, present our services, and build strong, long‑term client relationships.

You will manage communications on financial performance, renew existing contracts, and propose additional solutions to client needs. Frequent travel is expected (about 30% of the time) across regional and national levels.

Qualifications

• Degree from an engineering or business school.
• Strong interest in energy technical topics.
• Experience in industrial/renewable energy environments.
• 5+ years in B2B business development.
• Strong prospecting and client retention skills.
• Comfortable with technical and commercial negotiation.
• French language skills a plus.
