A global support service provider is looking for a Chat Support Consultant to deliver high-quality customer support in crypto trading. This role requires native Dutch and strong English proficiency, with at least 6 months of live chat support experience preferred. • Deliver high‑quality customer support in crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Build positive and long‑lasting relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
• Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions.
• Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.

What you need to succeed in this role:
