AAA Global in Amsterdam is seeking an Experienced Trader to take ownership of a trading book across U.S. Equity Options, Crypto Options, and Delta One products.

You will work with in-house software, leverage fast data-driven decisions, and join an open, collaborative culture with flat structure and growth opportunities.

Candidates with 5+ years of trading, a track record of profits, and strong quantitative skills will thrive in a dynamic environment.

My client is a proprietary trading firm based in Amsterdam, specializing in U.S. Equity Options, Crypto Options, and Delta One products, trading primarily on U.S. markets and crypto exchanges.

The firm combines technology and trader-driven strategies: its in‑house trading software allows quick adaptation to changing markets, while traders take ownership early, designing and implementing strategies alongside experienced colleagues. • Manage your own trading book

• 5+ years of experience in a trading role in Crypto Options, U.S. Equity Options, or Delta One trading
• A proven track record of generating profitable trades
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to make fast, confident decisions under pressure
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive and attention to detail
• Clear communicator with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Python programming for automation and data analysis purposes
• Familiarity with TimescaleDB, PostgreSQL, SQL
