A global support service provider is looking for a Chat Support Consultant to deliver high-quality customer support in crypto trading. This role requires native Dutch and strong English proficiency, with at least 6 months of live chat support experience preferred. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
• Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience is preferred.
• Crypto industry knowledge is a plus.

• Build positive and long‑lasting relationships with customers.
