Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related role in a B2B environment.
• Willingness to travel to customers across the Benelux and France.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting customer feedback.
• Experience in the transport, logistics, or fleet management industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, building strong relationships and acting as their ambassador within Viamanta.
• Become an expert on our products, staying updated on new features and functionalities to communicate value and answer questions.
• Develop and regularly report on KPIs to measure trends in customer satisfaction and the success of implemented solutions.
• Maintain understanding of workshop and fleet user personas to ensure product features resonate with workflows and business contexts.
