Job summary

VIAMANTA is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the voice of the workshop and fleet customer across Europe. You will build strong relationships, become product expert, and ensure customers achieve happiness and success with Viamanta by guiding them to optimal use and collecting feedback for enhancements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup across the Netherlands, France, and Belgium, traveling as needed to support customers and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent Dutch and French required, English proficiency also required.
• Experience in customer service or customer success in B2B is needed.
• Willingness to travel to Benelux and France; cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with customers and teams.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for new and existing customers, building strong relationships.
• Become an expert on Viamanta products and communicate value to customers.
• Develop and report on KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and success of solutions.
• Understand workshop and fleet user personas to ensure product features fit workflows.
