Job summary

Magnit Global in the Netherlands is seeking a Delivery Partner to ensure the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. You will collaborate with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to meet contractual deliverables and maintain quality service.

The role requires a customer-oriented mindset, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English and Dutch, with 3+ years in staffing, HR/recruiting, MSP, or customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• 3+ years in staffing/HR or customer service
• Experience with VMS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit’s products/services to clients on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain high quality client service and meet contractual deliverables
• Keep SOPs updated for efficient operations
• Improve processes to increase efficiency
